With more than 12 years’ experience in market research, Cristiano has an extensive skillset with specialisations across both quantitative and qualitative disciplines. He is a well-rounded researcher with an acute appreciation of client needs, having worked client-side and with some of the industry’s largest research agencies (collaborating with some of the biggest brands in the world).
Cris possesses a unique understanding of the customer experience across different fields. Keeping with the trends of the fast-paced digital age, Cristiano’s focus is on consultative services, providing clients with strategic direction, rather than research for the sake of research.
Nathan Reed Insights & Strategy Lead
Nate has 10 years’ experience across a range of research methodologies, from traditional focus groups and brand tracking studies through to online qualitative, mobile ethnography, social media monitoring and online communities. Nate’s passion for research innovation is what led him to YouthInsight, ensuring market research evolves with the next generation of consumers and takes full advantage of the technology at their disposal.
Having previously worked at global leaders Nielsen and OMD, he brings a high level of research rigour coupled with a deep understanding of media and consumer behaviour to all projects. A keen storyteller, Nate brings the target audience and business problem to life and delivers actionable research with clear outcomes and recommendations.
